I was working with a customer who had a very long list of customers and suppliers, needing my help to look for a particular outstanding dollar amount. It was pretty difficult to find it although we eventually did.
To save time, we could easily make the customer or supplier list AND dollar figures sortable in ascending and descending order. Furthermore, having a search filter to simply search for a customer or supplier would help alot.
