Every report that prints shows the units of measurement at "tonnes", even though I have entered bushels (or litres in some cases)

Hi there, I'm wondering if there is some setup that hasn't been completed yet. When I look at my inventory summary report, general ledger, or transaction reports, I'm seeing the measurement units as I have set them on the inventory accounts. For the accounts showing incorrect measurement units, can you look at inventory accounts in the Chart of Accounts, and just drill in to verify that the measurement unit is set properrly there please? I've attached a few screenshots showing you what I'm seeing when I look in my account.
