Ability to "open in a separate window"

Client uses two monitors and would like to leverage them during his bank rec. to so that he can keep his transactions list open to edit them on the left monitor, while leaving his bank rec. window open on the right monitor. Right now he has to save and resume every time he wants to edit a transaction.
