Hi Samantha, Advances are recorded like loans rather than wages so when the advance is paid back on the paycheque, you should see that reflected under the Deductions on the paystub. On the Employee year-to-date (YTD) Payroll totals on the employee profile and the employee YTD report, outstanding advances are listed at the bottom of the screen. Since advances are a loan and a repayment of that loan, there isn't any reason to include those in the net pay calculation since that advance, once repaid, is included in the gross earnings, so from a YTD reporting perspective, don't affect net pay. If you're not seeing things as I've included and described, please contact our support team at 1-800-667-7893 and they can work with you to figure out what's gone wrong. If I've misunderstood something, please let me know. Thanks!
