The ability to memorize reports would be great, instead of having to re-enter our choices every single time.

To be able to do quick reports on all accounts while in the chart of accounts would be very helpful.
Memorize report filters based on last used
Option of 2 yr comparisons for the reports. Currently only have 5yr. Also, option to restrict access to certain modules for users ie if you don't want a user in payroll, etc.
Ability to only show reversed entries in purchases or sales transactions
Add more reports and customizable options
Reports open in a new tab instead
Ability to search by audit or reference #
Ability to print capital assets with serial numbers
Don't generate report until the options I want have been selected.
Have an icon in transaction reports, that would automatically load the last page of “transaction reports” when you requested to open the transaction report screen.
