Be able to search for previous entries by description. Example - if you have purchased a vacuum and have that entered in the description and you go to see when it was purchased - once you start entering vac - it will show up. Also if you want to look up when you purchased something in the past, a way to put in a date range ie 2018-2025 and then enter the description - example - finding when an item was purchased to see if it is still on warranty - enter the item and it will show up. It was much easier to look things up in the desktop version - unless maybe I haven't figured this out on the online version.
Hmmm - I don't think my question was understood. You could search like this in the desktop version. You could put in the year range and the description and easily find the past entry

It would be nice to do multi year searches
It would be nice to have the additional functionality of searching in the description field. Sometimes the problem is remembering what the item was but not remembering where it was purchased from.
You can't search by line item descriptions in Accounting, but you couldn't do that on the desktop version either. We have duplicated the functionality available in the Edit and Reverse transactions screen that you would search by in AgExpert Analyst with the Transactions Search page in Accounting.
