Right now to view employee details I have to open the employee, go to employment details or YTD totals and then have to cancel or save to be able to select the next employee, go to employment details or YTD totals, cancel or save again, then select the next employee and so on. I would like to be able to scroll through or have a drop down menu so that I can select another employee without having to cancel or save.
Hi Ingrid - I know this doesn't exactly match what you're asking for but I'm going to highlight it in the hopes that it will be new information for you and might make your task easier than the whole "open an employee, find what you're looking for, then cancel/save to move on to the next. We have an Employee listing report in the Reports section of the program. It will give you each of your employees along with their employment details so you could just generate that report, find what you're looking for and if any changes are necessary then you could target the specific employees, rather than searching for that single data point across multiple employment details screens.
