Be able to simultaneously record a payable charge and payable payment in same transaction entry screen

This would help reduce the number of times I need to enter transactions for accrual accounting. When entering a payable charge, I would also like the ability to enter the date and account that the payable payment comes from. Effectively entering 2 transactions simultaneously at one time.
