Presently you cannot rename the blue headers in the chart of accounts. If you picked the wrong category in the setup wizard like cereal crops, when you add account 4001 for example the header still shows Cereals, when it may not actually be a cereal related account.
In October 2022, there will be the ability to add new categories to the chart of accounts, which will address this painpoint.
