Inventory Adjustments through App

I would like to be able to make inventory adjustments through the app, this could create better COP & COGS calculations for business management. Plus how many bookkeepers/wives get tired of asking the farmer how many lambs were born today, how many bales did you make, how much did they weigh, how much did that value increase again? I would like it simplified so I can make those adjustments on the go, especially being the farmers wearing many hats between being a wife, farmer, mother, marketer, bookkeeper etc.
