Users can enter the pay period ending date when creating a new paycheque. The pay period start date is automatically calculated based on the pay cycle established in the employee profile employment information screen. For example, if I have an employee on a Monthly pay cycle and I generate a paycheque for a pay period ending date of December 31, 2025, the system automatically identifies the starting date of the pay period as December 1, 2025.
