Save report settings Merged

Is there a way to save the report parameters so I don't have to click all the fields every time I want to see the report? Specifically, when I bring up the Trial Balance and then drill down on the bank account. Is there a way for me to save the various choices that come up? For example, I want All transactions in Date order up to the current date. Once I bring up this report, is it possible to save those parameters so I can go to it quickly the next time?
