This feature currently exists. When you create a receivable charge, and a deposit transaction is created, if you print the invoice from the receivable charge, there will be a paid icon on the invoice. We will be continuing to add functionality to this, this year.
It would be nice to be able to record payment method on the receipt. It would also be nice to customize the look of the receipt.
